Do you do an initial deep clean?

When you choose to use our ongoing services, we will perform a deep cleaning in our first visit unless you notify us otherwise. This ensures that your residence is thoroughly cleaned and up to our high standards. Visits thereafter are to maintain that level of cleanliness and can be a standard cleaning or a deep cleaning.

How much does an initial deep cleaning cost?

The price to clean your home is based on many factors: the size of your home, the frequency for cleaning, numbers of pets, and/or people living in the house, different levels of clutter, and different surfaces. We need to visit your residence in order to give you an estimate.

How much does an ongoing cleaning cost?

Similarly to the initial clean, it depends on many factors. Once we visit your residence we can give you an estimate on costs. However, this service runs about half the price of an initial deep clean.

Will the same team clean my house on all visits?

For superior customer service, we believe it is important for our team to get to know you so they can best respond to your particular needs. Thus, we strive to send you the same team each and every time we visit. 

How do I prepare my home for your visit?

For our team to work most efficiently, we request your home to be clutter-free. This saves our team time and you money. However, we believe in personalizing the service you receive, and if helping you with clutter is important to you, we are happy to help for an additional fee.

What methods of payment do you accept?

You may pay by check or credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, or Discover.

Are you bonded and insured?

Absolutely. We have commercial liability insurance in case something is accidentally damaged. We also carry bonding and Worker’s Compensation insurance for all of our team members.

How far in advance do I have to call to reschedule a house cleaning visit?

Please call us at least 24 hours in advance. A service fee will be assessed if cancellation is not received before 24 hrs of your scheduled visit.

What happens if I lock-out the cleaning team?

A service fee will be assessed, similar to a visit cancelled with less than 24 hours notice.

Is your team trained?

Yes, our squads receive top-notch training and are rewarded for customer satisfaction.

What cleaning supplies/tools do I need to have on hand?

Our team will have everything they need to clean with them, you do not need to worry about supplies. We are happy to use your supplies or a special product that you request, however, we will not be responsible for any damage or liability that results from using your supplies or special products.

Do you launder your cleaning cloth before each use?

Each cloth used in your home has been thoroughly washed and disinfected to ensure the cleanest wipes and to avoid cross-contamination.

What if I am not fully satisfied with your service?

It is very easy to reach us. Just give us a call and we will revisit to make things right.

Do you visit the same day, the same time?

Yes, we schedule recurring cleanings for the same day of the week. We give arrival windows of about 2 hours.

Do I have to be home for my house to be cleaned?

No, there is no need for anyone to be home during the cleaning. We can arrange with you how to get into your home for the cleaning.
